My one-to-one pelvic health sessions offer personalised, whole-body support that goes far beyond a set of exercises. You’ll receive expert guidance tailored to your symptoms, lifestyle and goals, with full support along the way.

Most clients begin to see real improvement within five sessions, and many notice significant changes or complete resolution across a 6–12 week journey.
As a specialist, I also collaborate closely with trusted professionals, including women’s health physios, nutritionists and GPs — and can offer referrals or integrate advice from your existing care team if needed.

It includes a 60-minute one-to-one coaching session plus personalised guidance on movement, diet, stress management and practical self-care.
You’ll be invited to explore your vision for the next chapter of your life in a judgement-free space, and we’ll co-create a clear action plan to move you forward. Three weeks of follow-up messaging support are included to help you put the plan into practice.
