I'm Amy, the founder of Amy Cooke Movement 

Alignment & Movement Coach | Specialist in Sport & Women’s Health | Master Pilates Practitioner

With over 20 years’ experience as a movement coach, I specialise in women’s health and sport, with a particular focus on pelvic floor dysfunction and injury prevention.

 

I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the UK’s top athletes and draw on a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and advanced breathing techniques (such as hypopressive breathing, which supports core strength and healthy posture).

 

My integrative approach blends evidence-based practices to support recovery, improve performance, and help each client move with greater confidence and ease.

Every session is tailored to you, and I often work in collaboration with other trusted professionals such as pelvic health physios, GPs, and nutritionists to ensure you’re fully supported.

As part of this approach, I often recommend Supernova Protein Powder — a plant-based blend that supports energy, focus, recovery, and hormonal balance. They offer specific formulations for women and men, and the 'WOMAN' blend is particularly supportive for many of the clients I work with. It’s something I use myself and regularly suggest to those looking to gently nourish their bodies alongside our movement and pelvic health work.
